Our menus are a celebration of seasonal ingredients and flavours. From starters to desserts, every dish has been carefully crafted to showcase excellent local produce. The menus feature a range of dishes that cater to all tastes and preferences.

Located on the third floor and with views of the Edinburgh skyline, we’re a family-friendly restaurant with children’s menus available. 

Since opening in 2020, we’ve become a favourite to locals and visitors alike. In 2022, Skyline Restaurant was a winner of the TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice Award.

Our kitchen team is led by our Executive Chef Jim Corner, who brings a wealth of experience and a dedication to using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients to craft dishes that are both contemporary and timeless.

Jim's current recommendations are Scottish Rump of Lamb, and the Roasted Peaches, served with vanilla ice cream, mascarpone, and a Biscoff crumb.
