
Our menus are a celebration of seasonal ingredients and flavours. From starters to desserts, every dish has been carefully crafted to showcase excellent local produce. The menus feature a range of dishes that cater to all tastes and preferences.
Located on the third floor and with views of the Edinburgh skyline, we’re a family-friendly restaurant with children’s menus available.
The Skyline Restaurant was a recipient of a 2025 TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice Award, was named in OpenTable's UK Top 100 Restaurants in 2023 and was crowned the Best Restaurant in the 2023 Forth Awards.
We are open for breakfast seven days a week, and open for lunch and dinner service Friday and Saturday (plus select days outwith these days - see below).
Hotel guests receive a 10% discount on your food bill during any dinner service.

We will be opening on select days outwith our normal opening hours, including:
November: Sunday 2nd, Sunday 16th (Scotland Rugby), Sunday 23rd (Scotland Rugby).
December: Thursday 4th & 11th, Sunday 14th, Thursday 18th, Wednesday 24th and Sunday 28th.
2026
January:Friday 2nd, Sunday 4th & 15th.
March: Sunday 15th (Mothers Day).
April: Sunday 5th (Easter Sunday)
Our kitchen team is led by our Executive Chef Jim Corner, who brings a wealth of experience and a dedication to using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients to craft dishes that are both contemporary and timeless.
