Our menus are a celebration of seasonal ingredients and flavours. From starters to desserts, every dish has been carefully crafted to showcase excellent local produce. The menus feature a range of dishes that cater to all tastes and preferences.

Located on the third floor and with views of the Edinburgh skyline, we’re a family-friendly restaurant with children’s menus available. 

Since opening in 2020, we’ve become a favourite to locals and visitors alike. The Skyline Restaurant was named in OpenTable's UK Top 100 Restaurants and was crowned the Best Restaurant in the 2023 Forth Awards and was a winner of a 2022 TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice Award.

We are open for breakfast seven days a week, and open for lunch and dinner service Thursday through Sunday.

Hotel guests receive a 10% discount on your food bill during any dinner service.

Our kitchen team is led by our Executive Chef Jim Corner, who brings a wealth of experience and a dedication to using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients to craft dishes that are both contemporary and timeless.
